Baked Beans:
This blog was originally my Personal Project for school, but after the post "Nix" it's been my personal sort of adventure. I usually use pseudonyms in the blog and will never use actual full names save my own. Baked Beans should update every month and I've recently taken to updating it near the beginning of the month.  lol nop

OKAY! UPDATE N' SHIT! 15 August 2014

I'm doing new stuff! I went to New York in the summer, became bald, was illegally smuggled into Harvard University, started writing for a ladies magazine and am starting IB soon. Fun! I'm introducing two new things to Baked Beans with this update: traditional (pen n' paper) art and letters. The letters are going to probably be hate-mail to famous or not-very-famous people or organizations and will be a way to allow me to show you EXACTLY how much I hate stuff.

UPDATE September 3rd 2014

First off, I must apologize for the overly political feel of the Ferguson post. I understand that it was not relevant to the usual content of the website and that it may have caused distress. That being said, I won't remove it because it is true. (nevermind, it's gone now) As a kind of way of making up for it though, the next post will be about a coffee machine. Also, I am giving anybody permission to display anything from any post (except the art from Vinaigrette since it aint mine) as long as "by: totallybakedbeans.blogspot.com" is present. I've started IB as of about 2 weeks ago so updates will be (hopefully) as frequent as before but will be even more erratic in posting time.

UPDATE Nov 1st 2014

I am so incredibly sorry for the slowness of the updates and the complete lack thereof in October. My main excuse is the fact that my years of procrastination have finally caught up with me and are having their vengeance. I'm going to try to get two posts up this month because of my failure but I must say that I have underestimated the IB,

UPDATE Dec 11 2014

I'm going to try my hand at critiques. If they suck, please make it evident through the comments. Also, after much careful consideration I have decided to remove the Ferguson post as it does not flow with the rest of Baked Beans. This is not a show of weakness or backing down from an ideal or self censorship, it's just badly written and overly emotional in the wrong way. I'll probably still do some sort of open letter, just not political.

UPDATE Jan 4 2015

I've gone over a lot of the older posts and edited them for mistakes and things I felt as though I could do better. I'm also in the process of starting a YouTube channel in another effort to desperately gain approval from random strangers.

UPDATE April 16 2015

I made a new header. The old one was just too aggressively bad. I couldn't handle it. 

Also tomorrow makes the 25th POOOOSSTTTT WOOP WOOOOOO (P.S Baked Bean's new header is in commemoration of 2000 views!),

UPDATE May 6 2015

I've started a writing course because apparently I actually enjoy this, Very strange. Anyway, I've been writing in a school publication (I've written about 70% of pretty much every issue). I'm going to post my favourites from that on this (the Christmas Carols one was a rejected post from that. Apparently I'm elitist).

UPDATE Oct 21 2015

I must begin by saying that I'm sorry for the illustration-less/ To Be Added updates (I'm currently stressed as hell). That being said they seem to be getting a fuckton more traffic so maybe it was a happy accident. I'm going down from whatever number of illustrations to a single, good quality, title illustration as a result. Also the weeklys are temporarily halted because I'm drowning in work and misery.

UPDATE March 6 2016

I need to start this with an apology. It's recently been harder to find good stories to write down as nothing fun has been happening. I have one story written and the majority of illustrations done (it's a special case) and it was meant to be published last month but because I'm lazy, overworked and a scumbag it's going to have to come in this month instead. I'm so sorry but I'm trying not to sacrifice content quality for timely updates. Bear with me. Baked Beans is in no way dead.

UPDATE Oct 12 2016

Fuuuuuuck it's been a long time. How y'all doin? I'm in university which means updates are even more arbitrary and sporadic. 

I am so so sorry

Since the Fiasco it's been hard to find stories that are even close in value and therefore worth publishing and I'm aware that The Master was nowhere near my best work. That being said I'm going to try and power through it. Baked Beans is still alive and will remain alive as long as I can write and do funny shit.

UPDATE April 29 2017

Damn, I haven't updated in a whiiiiiiiiillle. I'm not dead, I'm not done with this, what I am done with is my exams and final season so I have some ideas about updates in the works. Just updating to say that stuff's coming, I promise. Also since the Handmaid's Tale article has been doing better recently I think I may start doing more review articles of things I dislike.

UPDATE Sept 1st 2018

I'm sorry, I don't know why I keep doing these updates and never following through with actually going with the thing I say. Baked Beans has, as of 2016, dropped quite low on my priority list and as such I've been a lazy fucker about it. That being said, I have a few updates lined up which need touching up. as I promised in 2016 I'm gonny keep updating. University has been a trip.
